I'm here visiting with work and forgot my medication - The team here we're exceptional, they contacted my local GP in England and helped me with medication withina few hours - Service with a friendly smile and very happy to help me. Thank you guys - Appreciated.

The staff in the Neilston Pharmacy are all very welcoming and friendly. My prescription is always there on time, and the staff are always willing to help with anything else that I need.
Arrived 2 days after my prescription was sent in to ensure ample time for them to order necessary medication. Arrived and they had no stock of my medication. They claimed they did order after receiving my prescription, but gave the stock of the medication to someone else.. which makes no sense considering it’s a prescribed medication and you would order the exact quantities for each prescription you receive. Worthless excuse to cover up severe incompetence from the top management to the bottom customer service. Furthermore, know-it-all pharmacist man in the back can be heard making remarks about people’s medications in full earshot of the rest of the store. You’re not a GP doctor darlin, your job is to read the prescription and put it in a box.
Have to mention the outstanding customer service from Katie and Jill, these girls can not be more helpful and always doing it with a smile.
Came in here this morning just after 9am to collect a prescription which had been issued by out of hours GP/NHS 24 at 10.30pm the previous night. Woman behind desk extremely rude and dismissive from the off. No idea why but clearly got out wrong side of bed. What's worse, she was clueless about own working procedures as so quick to tell me a prescription couldn't possibly have been received in that space of time as would first go through patient's GP practice. This was when another colleague intervened and told her that NHS 24 often email them through (as explained to me the previous evening). Lo and behold prescription had been sent through already so luckily didn't walk out without it. Whoever this individual is behind the desk needs some training in how things work and how talk to people. Complete disgrace. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 as her colleague managed to salvage the situation.

Love this chemist now. The most recent lady that has started is so friendly and helpful and always has a smile on her face and gives a very warm welcome. They stock most things and are happy to order you things in if you need anything.. never too busy and always have your prescription ready when they say. Would highly recommend x
I recently moved to Neilston with a range of specialised Pharmaceutical needs and medications. I have found this pharmacy and it's staff very helpful indeed as they have gone out their way to make sure my needs are met and have been a great source of support throughout. Can't thank them enough
