   I handed in a prescription on the 26th of September with the promise it would be ready for 4pm that day when I went back to pick it up I waited 30 minutes to be told not all meds where there promised they would definitely by ready the next day. Saturday comes I keep phoning no answer walked to the shop to find it closed long story short been everyday still not my full prescription keep getting told it will be ready tomorrow it never is it’s now the 2nd of October still no full prescription told again it the be ready tomorrow

   Horrible. I would give this place no stars if I could since it changed from Lloyds. Counter staff are rude, complain out loud that they “hate this place” while serving you, treat their customers as though they are an inconvenience and service is shabby. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs if you require assistance with your prescriptions and medication because guaranteed you won’t get it here.

   Lovely new Pharmacist , they'll have even the most Obscure items , that majority other pharmacy's don't have. Despite the fact it's a small store. I feel sorry for the pharmacist whom has been their 35 years and sadly is forced to work too much , cheers to the cooperate forced culture. She said nothing but I clearly overheard that she can barely spend time with family when necessary. Hopefully this is why theirs a new Pharmacist to take the load of her. Lovely staff. Lovely place. They have so many customers always even a que outside almost everytime. But a cracking pharmacy none the less despite their busyness. True customer service & Care. You Could not get a better team to run this pharmacy.

   I use this pharmacy regularly as it's closest to my Doctor's surgery. Staff are incredibly helpful at all times. Polite and courteous and very professional, even at peak hours.
