Staff not interested , always in the back of the shop,takes forever to actually acknowledge anyone in the shop. 2 people only allowed in shop so made to wait over 20mins outside just to pick up a prescription whilst addicts get priority for their prescription. One should be dealing with prescriptions and the pharmacist should be dealing with the folk that need their script in the treatment room. I'm on a timescale with my clients I don't have time to hang around outside in all weather whilst 2 members of staff are blethering in the back.
