Been a customer here for say 5 year. When you get to know them they're the nicest and so polite. They all come across as really caring about their customers, I can't fault them. Absolute stars, keep it up guys!
Staff is rude and highly disrespectful. They refused to get medicine for me 2 times I went there. I went to another pharmacy and they gave me medication without any issues in 20 minutes. Never go here.
Booked a full health check here weeks in advance. Got a confirmation reminder email the evening prior. I turned up, to be greeted by surprised staff who apparently knew nothing about it. The women advised me "the person who does it is off"? Then advised me "not to book for a Saturday"! Why does the booking system allow you to book for Saturdays? Ridiculous system and wasted money on parking. Won't be returning here.
This pharmacy is awful. Staff members are rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and shockingly unprofessional. They don't listen. They always misplace medications adding up to multiple calls and trips. And they are always rushing to end calls without clarity.
I've been with this chemist for good 5/6 years. Always very friendly and helpful with my prescription always ready when picked up every week. I wouldn't go else where as I wouldn't get the good customer service I received from them. Thank you lloyds high street Paisley for the best service.
I went to this Lloyd's pharmacy to see about my sore toe, as the pharmacist in Boots was so unhelpful. I went into Lloyd's an explained my problem. Then the pharmacist took me into a room and assessed the toe. She gave me a cream that has helped a lot and gave some good advice. Even said to pop back in if there was no improvement. Thanks so much for all your help, glad to say that it is improving thanks to your help and lovely helpful service. Thank you
The staff here are amazing. Two members of staff went out of their way on Christmas Eve to bring me my pain medication for after surgery. Absolutely outstanding service. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I have been in twice. Utterly useless staff. First time told me they didn't have 1 of my medicines, no problem, told me to go to Boots. This was after telling me there was a 15min waiting time. So I went to Boots who questioned why Lloyds didn't just order it in? Excellent point. Second time, despite Lloyds acknowledging I was on their system as permitted by me through my GP AND they have medicines on their computer and NO I don't need a repeat prescription and YES I have previously picked up a prescription before...they told me to go the GP get a prescription slip to give it to them. Called GP and staff questioned why Lloyds actually needed the prescription list when they have me and my medicines on their system. Excellent point again. The GP put through my requested items to my new appointed pharmacist there and then. At no stage did Lloyds offer to assist me or go any further than send me out of their premises; you know like maybe call the GP there and then...no, they just like sending folk off on pointless trips.
