   I dont know if it’s just me but a few times I have called,don’t know who she is I am always told “ No cant help with that” No apology or suggestions dont get me wrong there are some nice staff and shop their frequently will be going to the other chemists in Johnstone appalling phone manner to someone who is sick

   I’m very grateful to the young lady pharmacist in the Johnstone branch of Boots chemist, who helped me get the correct treatment for a problem I had by asking me relevant questions about my problem and giving me the medicine I needed, she was so kind and pleasant a great credit to her profession.

   If I could give minus stars i would! My mother gets her prescription here and they ALWAYS get it wrong. Lucky my mother knows what medication she needs to take. Today she was handed the same prescription she got yesterday, and she had to tell them that half the stuff she was given, she no longer takes as the doc took her off the meds because off a heart attack and this store could not give a toss! At least staff in MacDonalds get an order correct 90% of the time….and closing between 12 and 1 is ridiculous DONT GET ANY PRESCIPTIONS FROM HERE THE STAFF COULD POTENTIALLY KILL SOMEONE! funny how the reviews 3 years ago was 4 stars then started to fall! that says it all

   Turning away public between 12h00 and 13h00 because staff on lunch. Collecting prescriptions should be anytime. Many of us work and also have same time as our lunchtime. Scripts already been approved by your doc. Utter nonsense. Inconsiderate a 62 year old getting turned away and having to come back when its inconvenient for them. Shame on you Boots

   Never have prescription ready when it should be. Staff look at you, then ignore you by talking to each other, or walking into back of shop. This is not due to covid, just awful staff.

   Went to pick up my prescription and was told pharmacists away to lunch. So staff weren't allowed to dispense my medication. WHY? What was the difference? Makes no sense. Let's hope I am still breathing whenever I got it.
