   Chemist is shocking!!! DON’T GO HERE! Unless you want the whole of Johnstone to know your personal information. Staff clearly need a refresher course on how to speak and treat customers who come in. If you don’t have people skills you really shouldn’t be working in an environment that constantly requires these skills, head over to McDonald’s you might fit in there better.

   Absolutely zero discretion, staff shouting from the back of the shop for personal information while other customers are in the shop. D.O.B. address, house number. zero respect for customers privacy. Been getting prescriptions out of here all my life, never again!! Shocking!!

   Lovely friendly staffs whenever I went in there. I can say the only pharmacy had got a good attitude and service. There is a new girl and she is up herself. She thinks she is something. You are not. I give her no star for the service provided by her. She has ruined the pharmacy reputation. I had once rated this pharmacy five stars, not anymore. They used to have a very fantastic service and friendly staff sadly it is not the case now. I wasn't the only person unhappy with the service provided by the new girl recently. I went to pick up the prescriptions about 5pm. She told me it will be tomorrow. Tomorrow came they closed without telling me. Do something about it we are already start thinking of moving away to new a provider.

   Place is a joke using tempt staff all the time servers are very abrupt and very cheeky very unhelpful most of them don't come Renfrewshire so why should they bother the wait times are a joke the place used to be great keep it up and they will have no patient s left hang your heads in shame appalling service

   Used this place my whole life. Never going back after 6 months of wrong prescriptions from "the hub" and no sign of improvement. Whoever took over this place recently has destroyed the reputation it once had. Also I have not seen the same staff member twice in months which is seriously concerning as it means the people who worked there for 5 or 10 or even 20 years have left due to the horrendous management and they can only find fillers and not resident or permanent employees. It is obvious they have absolutely no care for patients and customers.
