   I went into this pharmacy only to ask them to look at one of my eyes that was really covered in blood for no reason, they wouldn't even look at it and told me to go to an optician. I asked if they had any over the counter medication,5 members of staff with no customers, and they still decided not to look at it .The staff service is terrible.

   I've just had great service once again from Morrisons pharmacy in Bishopbriggs. They very quickly made up a prescription sent from Out of Hours GP this morning and sorted a Pharmacy First request for me in no time at all. The lady serving was warm and friendly too. Thank you!

   Went there four times. First time it was bank holiday and they weren’t opened even though Morrisons itself was, there was also no notice on their website about this. Second time they said it would be about 10-15 minutes wait. (I think they say to that to everyone) ended up waiting half an hour. Said they only had part of my prescription and asked me to come back the next day. The next day I rushed there after work and they said it’s still not in so asked me to come back the following day. Went there the following day (4th time now) and they again made me wait then said it’s sold out and asked me to go back to the doctors to find an alternative. All this could’ve been avoided if they were competent in their job. They could’ve at the very least took my phone number and called me to say they don’t have it instead of having me go in and wait for ages. Very poor and I don’t recommend any pharmacist.
