   5-star service from Lindsay and colleagues at Abbey Chemist that solved the problem not having a blood pressure monitor with me while travelling and receiving an unexpected text message from my home NHS practice in Hampshire requesting submission of two BP readings a day for four days on the Accurx system. Not responding to this request would have disrupted the BP medication trial I’ve been on for some months, considerably. Many thanks for the prompt and no fuss response which added unscheduled appointments to an already heavy pharmacy daily workload.

   Fantastic service every time, staff are lovely and service is very quick. Always happy to fill a prescription while you wait and have never been out of stock of what I needed yet. Recently started using the delivery service and it’s fantastic, seems to be sent out as soon as they receive the prescription and the delivery person is always early and comes right up to the door of my flat two flights up no complaining.

   Just started going to this chemist and have to say I am very impressed, the are faster issuing me my prescription and they call you by you’re first name. Not like most chemist’s where you have to wait at least 30 mins for you’re prescription. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHEMIST 10/10 recommended

   Yet again another prescription not made up - waited 3 weeks for it, was told they would phone me when its ready - no phone call and staff busy making up another excuse why they can't make up a regular prescription: been going here for a couple of years but fed up with continually having to go back as they always fail to complete a prescription - even when they know its a regular order coming in. wouldn't even recommend them if you're desperate.
