Excellent customer service from Charlie who was very knowledgeable about battery charging packs etc. and gave great advice. Sadly I’m a bit of a technophobe but he didn’t treat me like I was a numpty! I watched the way he treated other customers too and he is 100pc professional !
I'm legally blind and desperately needed to charge my phone. I asked a member of staff if they knew of anywhere I could charge it and they let me charge it in the back office. This is the sort of customer service that everywhere should have. Great experience
I was staying in Liverpool from London. One of my hearing aids failed to work. Usually you have to make an appointment and wait weeks. The audiologist fitted me in immediately and replaced the wire in minutes.enabling me to enjoy my few days stay. I was very very grateful.
Very small boots. Just has your normal chemist items. The man with the bald head serving was very good and polite.
The cashiers at the counter are fast... I love that the shelves are well arranged making it easy to pick up whatever you want to buy.. They sell skin care products,cosmetics,drugs,jewelries.. Nice place Very neat too
Can be expensive with some products but when they have discounts it's usually worth it. Having a Boots points card is exceptionally beneficial for special offers for being a member.
One of my regular shops. Huge shop, so large variety. I always get my glasses here. The staff keep me coming back. Small snag - entrance goes through massive selection of perfume etc, gets quite cloying.
Good selection of food. Tend to have all the necessities for travel too. The staff are good and helpful.
