Great pharmacy and all of the staff are some of the nicest people you'll meet, thank you to Stace who really helped couldn't have asked for better service.
Not my local pharmacy, but as my local pharmacy could not help me I called the pharmacist and she was able to reassure me she could provide the service I needed, when I arrived I instantly had a consultation with the pharmacist. The pharmacist was amazing with so much empathy for me and making sure she could help me. Would strongly recommend this pharmacy!

The customer service extremely terrible. Really bad experience. Poor attitude. When they let me go they are nearly yelling to me and I didn't feel any respect from them.

Customer service here always was extremely terrible and not friendly and helpful at all. Drop the prescription and been told at 15 to 20mins and after 20 mins go back to ask if my prescription ready or not and the girl not even let me ask and tell me straight you just need to wait. I just want to check is ready or not that it. Staff was extremely rude at Garscube Road branch.

This is without doubt the slowest pharmacy ever, the customer service is extremely bad, the pharmacist blatantly lied that she called our name to collect or meds, when the FACT is our meds were left lying and no one called out for us to collect them we had to go and ask for them well after waiting twenty mins, only to be LIED to and told she called our name...LIAR and you know you are, why not just admit you made a mistake ? last time we will use this place!!!
