   I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. I went in for shingles treatment, as I had red patches and knew from experience that it was shingles. The pharmacist, an older man, refused to give me the proper medication and instead handed me a cream for general itching. He rudely said young people don’t get shingles. The next day, my red patches multiplied and the pain worsened. This pharmacist’s unprofessional behavior delayed my treatment and put my health at risk. Completely unacceptable.

   Had to pick up am emergency prescription here after moving to Glasgow. Most pharmacies give you the runaround with this but Imran issued a full month, no questions asked, removing any stress we had. Additionally, it was very apparent how much care the rest of the staff had for their customers.

   What sort of pharmacy doesn't take card payments. One run by crooks. Avoid this place and go to a decent pharmacy that takes card payments.

   Don't go by the trading hours here, this pharmacy makes up their own hours! It states here they close at 17.30....when I went down to pick up a prescription at 16.55, they were closed and all the shutters were down, which leads me to believe they closed way sooner than 17.00!!!!! So angry, now I have to miss a dose of antibiotics!

   The shop recently had a full refurbishment and is very modern. The staff are always helpfull and the service is quick and reliable. There`s a private area for those customers who need a bit more help or who have to take their prescription on the premises. The chemist even arranges the collection of my prescriptions from a health centre ( not a local one) ***** Star Service

   Seriously raging. Went there as an emergency today to get eye ointment. Went to put it on and the box was completely empty. No ointment or even instructions That’s £6.30 wasted! Obviously I have no proof that it was empty when I purchased it though. Not what I expect for people in need.
