   Just called this pharmacy to ask if they had a certain medication in stock, the girl was rude and abrupt and told me she didn't have it as she had never heard of it. She clearly was not the pharmacist and didn't bother to ask the question. Really poor customer service, won't be using this pharmacy.

   I went over for a prescription. But It was a sign on the door saying the place would be closed for 20 minutes for staff training. I assumed had already been closed for a few minutes before my arrival. So, I waited about half an hour. Wasted my time and still the place didn't reopen. Have the sign not mentioned time I wouldn't have wasted mine. Incredible disregard for customers. Will never use this place again. And if I were you I wouldn't either.

   I had an eye infection. They didn't give me any eye drops. The pharmacist said that warm water will help me ! After 2 days I went to GP, and the doctor was angry why the pharmacist never gave me anything. He gave me an antibiotic. I went to collect my prescription to the same pharmacy, and they told me to wait 20 minutes to collect an eye drops. Ridiculous. I don't recommend this pharmacy.

   Idue to my illness I was prescribed a small course of sleeping tablets, handed in my prescription and was looked at constantly, questioned about my details ( name address ect) 4 times The pharmacist has no people skills whatsoever. Avoid.

   Came to the store but it's 'new' opening hours meant it was closed. These new hours were left on a piece of paper, not on the website or google maps. Last time I was there, I tried handing in a new prescription but they refused to accept it due to staff shortages.. Meds are pretty important if we're going there....
