   Poor customer service. Was my first time using the store and it will be my last. Entered the store at 12.45 pm to put in a quick prescription. I then asked if I could come back in ten minutes to collect it was told that was fine. I then popped to asda just across from the pharmacy to use the toilet and buy a meal deal. When I returned to the pharmacy at 12:54 pm the shutters were down. I asked a local if they knew why and they told me the pharmacy closes between 13:00 & 14:00. The staff member at the pharmacy didn't have the decent or professionalism to inform me that they shut between 13:00 & 14:00 let alone inform me that they where shutting early for lunch. They instead lied to me by stating that I'd be able to pop back in ten minutes to collect the prescription at 12:45. Won't be back.
