The pharmacy was great. Very quick and efficient and helpful staff. Wound visit again.

Terrible rude staff, been very unhelpful many times. Lied about the time it was to get out of fulfilling a prescription before they closed. Avoid like the plague, Knightswood and well pharmacies both a million times better and minutes away.

Had to take my daughter to the pharmacy today. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who served us asked my daughter to fill out a form and she was then seen by the pharmacist who took his time and explained what he was going to do to help her. Great service andnwould use the pharmacy again.

This used to be a great pharmacy that has rapidly gone downhill. The staff, particularly at the weekend, are clueless! The Locum Pharmacist kept changing her story every two minutes regarding my medication . I shall go back to using Boots.

Great pharmacy, always very busy however. Staff are polite and provide a good service. Waiting times are never too long either.

Horrified to learn of what happened to my mother during an error of prescription which highlights an issue with their standard operating procedure. She realised after going home that they had left out an ointment that should have accompanied 2 packets of tablets. Upon returning she was meet with only what can be described as a condescending attitude, amongst other things, from in particular a middle aged lady. Having been accused of misplacing her prescription, possibly dropping her ointment, offering to sell her another cream which was not prescribed, it seems she was offered every alternative other than the fact they made an error. They even came to the conclusion that my mother was unintelligible. Never before has anyone misunderstood my mother even though she has had 2 major strokes and 1 minor stroke! She explained that “she understood everything that they are saying but has trouble saying things quickly due to my condition”. Complete lack of empathy. After a prolonged period of events she finally got the ointment she had asked for and the damning evidence was that the paper bag she was issued with, could hardly fit anything else never mind a cream that was almost the full length of the bag and it is for this reason I can state that there was absolutely no chance she could have lost or dropped it. Having been talked out of a personal visit about this incident by my extremely patient and wise mother, leaving this review is a way I can share this truly awful experience. And I am disgusted to view similar posts regards their conduct and practise.

Often rude and unpleasant but I remain polite when dealing with them. One lady assistant in particular is quite horrible and They never have enough stock for the private prescription so a return journey is always required. Decided enough was enough when the last visit had this lady yelling at me from the back so everyone could hear and then they had no stock at all and wanted to order it in, so I went to my local pharmacy instead who may be a little more expensive but they are nice, polite and fully stocked. I got my prescription in half the time as well.

In this chemistry works very ignorant people that does not know what the medicine are for. It is unbelievable these people are allowed to give advice to customers. I am trying to report them to NHS but you know they cover eachothers back
