It has been my chemist for over 40 years, and I couldn't ask for better service or friendlier staff. They go above and beyond to help you any way they can.
Sliced the end of my finger off recently and was needing help with re-dressing the injury. I went to Young & Mair and they were very helpful. A nice lady called Michelle dealt with me and helped me with all the dressing materials I would need to keep the injury clean andd safe. Would just like to say thank you to Michelle and all the other staff at Young & Mair who are also very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant experience ... thank you X.

I moved to this pharmacy about 8 weeks ago after being let down repeatedly elsewhere and they’re amazing. They’re kind, informed and reliable. I no longer get stressed about my medications.
I use this chemist every month, and the woman behind the counter (short dark hair) is very rude and ignorant. She doesn’t answer your questions and walks away from you, if you ask for a bag, she will pretty much throw it at you, not very professional or customer service orientated.
