   I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Boots Baljaffray for always being so kind, compassionate and caring towards me/their patients. I feel so looked after by everyone here and I’m so grateful for this. I recently had a severe stab wound with glass staying inside my lung for several days. It was agonising and the worst pain imaginable. This resulted in a traumatic hemopneumothorax, severed artery, large blood clots and then followed lastly by a pneumothorax. Then I went in to shock and nearly choked to death. It was a scary and horrible time and I am so lucky to be alive. Tania was extremely supportive and helpful in her advice and care towards me. She is a joy to be around and I’m so appreciative to her for being such a kind soul. Susan is incredibly informative and so ‘switched on’. She has always put my mind at ease and asked how I am. I’m so grateful for her kindness and compassion. Elaine and Lynda are so lovely. They make me feel at ease and always treat me respectfully and caringly. I enjoy going in to pick up my prescription or to buy things. Tania, Susan, Elaine and Lynda are true credits to the pharmacy. They are all so approachable and friendly. They work so hard and are always on the go, rushing around to ensure their patients/customers are well looked after. I would highly recommend Boots Baljaffray because of them. They are highly intelligent, personable, professional people and to me personally, have made the world of difference in my recovery and wellbeing. (although, they treat every customer with dignity and grace - it's really admirable). Thank you so much ladies, I will be eternally grateful for your kindness and generosity.

   In for a hearing test, and then a full test a couple of weeks later. The gentleman who conducted was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly about the test and what the results indicated Gave great advice on my options and also what to avoid.
