Utter chaos. Nothing is ever simple here. Told half hour for a prescription, took over an hour. Every person that came in while waiting had an issue. Could not find anything, nothing seemed to be easy. Utterly ridiculous when people are stressed enough waiting for medication.

Not the quickest and two items not available after waiting for ages I remember the last time I went in their other premises and having to wait ages for one item and thinking I should of gone to my usual one and I will next time they had the two items that I needed.

There should be negative stars for these kind of people... I am using this pharmacy for almost 2 years now but i never ever had a positive service from them.. They always want to get rid of you ASAP, they don't want work there they really really hate NHS customers specially 2 old ladies on the counter..

I think I have an eye infection, something like stye. I also have temperature (covid negative) and my face is a little swollen. The pharmacist did not bother looking into and immediately said that she does not have anything, as the regular drug is taken out (not sure that that means). No other advice was given. Really shocking service, taking into account that its really difficult to get GP appoitment, especially in a short notice. Not sure why people choose to do certain jobs when they clearly have no interest to help people and NHS in general. Went to a different pharmacy, they spend some time looking into my eye and prescribed suitable medicine. I was also advised what I should do next in case my eye is not getting better. That’s the service everyone should be receiving when in need.

Absolute joke, was in yesterday and 5 people in a row where told come back tomorrow ( I had already waited a day) and on the 3rd day of waiting for a prescription that was phoned in on an emergency it still isn't ready! I get home busy they are but this was needed 3 days ago! I could have went anywhere to get it instead of listening to lies that it would be ready when it wasn't. Shocking way to play with peoples health!

Hopeless in every way. Today will be my 5th visit to receive a repeat prescription I should of had on 31st March. Given that we have been told to stay in lockdown, this is just unbelievable. It would be too long to explain the "excuses"" we have received from staff. I am literally heading around there again, hopefully they will have it right and also be able to find it, organisations in this shop is definitely a big problem. Needless to say our repeat prescription will be going to another pharmacy. Got to say I have had problems before with them but having to wait in a queue 5 times with the situation just now is just emphasising how incompetent this place is.

I love the layout of the new revamped lloyds. Now located inside the Co op. Very wheelchair friendly. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Haven't had any mishaps with prescriptions since the move.
