Went in asking for help with my daughter may having a UTI, staff member just walked away saying don't thing we do that, went to the pharmacist and heard her just saying No ,from the back, then just told to call 111, no info on anything, they are all so grumpy and rude. (next chemist I went to explained everything to me. )

I have recently moved my repeat prescription to Clan Chemists, Hardgate. The staff have been fantastic. Everything ready on time, patience and understanding to queries and a charming attitude. They are also tremendous on the phone. Bravo!
Lovely staff. So reasonably priced for private prescriptions. Tesco and Asda pharmacies wanted well over £100 more than Clan Chemist for my medication.
