I ordered a silvery from here. When they delivered the shipping was not mine and judging by the size of the order was meant for a family. I told the driver to take the delivery back to the store and pick up correct order. Driver told me they had wrote my name on but it was wrong order. I tried contacting this store multiple times from early morning until afternoon. No answer. Was informed by Just Eat that I am not entitled to a refund of my order because I did not photograph the order that was sent to me. So for being honest and trying to help resolve this and someone else not receiving their order. I know £20 is not a lot to some people but I am a disabled person and can’t get out. So staff here need to be more careful and thoughtful

I needed some quick supplies in any shop, so I naruto ran to the shop, I got there and was greeted by some nice people who said there from an area called O’block. They told me all about their idol ‘King Von’ they said I would have loved to meet him. Anyone I carried on with the shop as normal, until I got to the sweet isle and some children were doing a knee sliding competition while screaming something like ‘REEEEEEEEEE’. This was rather peculiar indeed, I got my milk and someone said “He needs some milk!” This got me rather confused, got to the til and was greeted by Carl Litchi, he was a kind soul until I payed for my milk and left. I walked out the shop and it was like a warzone, something like in OHIO. Some car with someone’s face on the side arrived and everyone started bowing down to it. (Picture of proof below). I didn’t know what to apart from run away with my milk, rather strange shop but loved the experience. I also met some person called Leo Cookie, great guy but had no time to talk.

I bought 3 items one of which I noticed on my receipt was priced wrong so I walked back in and spoke to a different lady behind the till. I said that I'd been priced wrong and so she went to check, when she stood back behind her till she went on to say "someone should be sacked" which is a bit over the top and not something you joke about infront of a customer. Then she proceeded to do my refund and just assumed I wanted cash and so I asked can I not have it on card, her reply was well I've done it now... Maybe work on your customer service skills a bit more is my advice lady with dark grey hair and glasses.

The staff here are always lovely which is part of the reason why I alwats go there. However, since they changed the manager last year I think the standards in store have significantly reduced. There are always lots of empty spaces on the shelves but the main problem is the frozen section! The freezers have been broken for god knows how long hence there is very little frozen food on offer. In the freezers that are working theres hardly any stock!! Come on Co-op, I'm sure you can afford to give this store some new freezers!!

If you're ordering online from the Wallasey area from coop, don't bother. Got my order wrong twice. Individually wrapped everything in a plastic fruit and veg bag (including items that were already present packaged in plastic) and overcharged me. When ordering online there is no excuse yo overcharged your customers, ever. Shocking. No way on earth are these guys ever getting a penny from me agian. Awful.

Great for toiletries not tested on animals. Only go there for that reason. Always a long queue even though there seem to be a lot of staff coming in and out of back all the time. ‘Fresh’ bread usually stale. Always need to check dates on chilled items.

A small, quiet store with a small range of stock. Staff are friendly and the shop is very clean. There is small in store bakery.
