   I was in london for few days and i was searching for a place where to train. The gym was very beautiful,the teacher and the other people inside were amazing. If you are looking for a place to train this could be a perfect choice. The only thing i didn't like was the fact that you have only one free class and after you have to join the gym, you can't pay for a daily pass.

   My daughter has been attending this jiu-jitsu club for 3 months and absolutely loves it. The coaches are fantastic – patient, encouraging, and really skilled at working with children of all levels. They create a supportive environment where the kids not only learn self-defense and discipline but also build confidence and resilience. I’ve noticed such a positive change in her focus, coordination, and overall confidence since starting here. The sessions are well-structured, fun, and challenging in the best way. It’s clear the coaches genuinely care about each child’s progress, both on and off the mat. I would highly recommend this club to any parent looking for a safe, welcoming place for their child to learn jiu-jitsu and grow.

   My daughter and I have been training at Luciano Cristovam BJJ Academy for a while now, and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of the experience. The coaches are phenomenal—skilled, attentive, and, perhaps most importantly when it comes to the kids’ classes, incredibly warm and patient. The children’s program strikes a perfect balance between discipline and fun. The coaches clearly understand how to engage young students, helping them build confidence and skill without ever making the environment feel intimidating. The teacher-to-student ratio is excellent, so every child gets the attention they need to progress safely and effectively. The space itself is impressive—bright, clean, and even more spacious and welcoming after the recent renovations. It’s a place where you feel comfortable bringing your child, but also somewhere you can challenge yourself and grow alongside them. It’s rare to find a martial arts academy that delivers both technical excellence and a strong sense of community. Luciano and her team have built something really special here. Highly recommend—for kids, for adults, for anyone who wants to train in a truly supportive and high-quality environment.

   My son trains at Luciano's academy, he absolutely loves bjj. He's gained confidence in his training but also in the real world. The facilities are amazing and the atmosphere is top class. Very welcoming, with world class teachers. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn bjj.

   If you are in the area I can’t recommend this gym enough! I dropped in for a trial class as I was staying up in London for the week, and was warmly welcomed by the instructors and other students upon arrival. The coaches were extremely friendly and the class structure was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. To top this all off, the head coach was kind enough to roll with me during the sparring portion of the class, which was a thorough outclassing- but that is what we come for! I will definitely be attending Luciano’s school again, and encourage anyone local to the Camden/Kentish town area to check it out for themself! Thank you for hosting me.

   I've stayed in London for a month and during my visit I've trained at the LC Academy. I was amazed by how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The instruction was great, and what I liked a lot was a chance to have plenty of interaction with the professor and instructors and being able to ask questions in order to gain a deeper understanding of the techniques shown. The gym is very clean and also the other facilities (showers, toilets) are very nice and spacious. So, one big thanks to professor Luciano and coaches Vinnie and Renan for creating such a great environment for training. ☺️

   Great atmosphere and fantastic coaches. I love how everyone is so welcoming and go out of their way to say hi and make you feel at home. I recommend the kids classes also, my girls have fun, whilst learning self-defence and making new friends. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn Bjj or keep fit.

   Luciano is one of the best BJJ coaches in the UK. He has a wealth of knowledge and has been there and done it all in combat sports. The vibe in the gym is very friendly and welcoming and the students all help each other. The team is growing and getting better all the time. If you want a high attention to detail and safe place to learn then I can’t recommend LCBJJ enough.
