Extremely friendly and helpful man who assisted me sending my Evri parcel. Sometimes, the shopkeepers don't want to help with Evri parcels and just leave you to struggle but this man was really helpful and polite.

Just had the worst most unfortunate incident with the grey haired woman who breaths fire behind the counter of this shop dropping a parcel off for evri. Needless to say I have made a complaint to the Head office and will be emailing her boss formally. This woman is not suitable to be working in a customer service roll, she is rude, arrogant, stroppy and for 18 months of using mill Lane I've bitten my tongue and said nothing, but today she was sorting parcels whilst customers where waiting and she huffed and sighed non stop!!! Her whole persona is one of total anger and disrespect for anybody who dares to come into this shop to be served. I could go on but her boss will be getting a complaint and this incident has been logged at head office customer services. How she ever got a job working around people is beyond me, you don't like your job, leave it's not rocket science. Needless to say, I won't be using this store again while she is working. I won't be spending my money in a business that employs vile staff. Really disappointed this woman still has a job here.
