   I had a really disappointing experience there at the musical rave tonight. Really deeply unpleasant customers who made a deliberate effort to make the gay pateons as uncomfortable as possible. The staff seemed determined to only serve female customers.

   I wanted to share an uncomfortable experience I had recently at AXM on a busy Friday night. While I was heading to the toilet, a woman with short curly pixie-style hair stopped me and questioned whether I “really needed the toilet” because the club was busy. She also told me that there are cameras inside the toilet to watch what people are doing. I found this behaviour unprofessional and intrusive. Being questioned about using the toilet felt unnecessary, and the comment about cameras in the toilet was extremely concerning. If true, that would be a serious privacy issue; if not true, it was still an inappropriate and unsettling thing to say to a customer. I enjoy AXM normally, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management looks into staff conduct and clarifies what is and isn’t acceptable to say to guests. I will be letting all customers know on social media about this experience and the concerning claim that there are cameras in the toilets

   I actually had a no bad night here, had a good laugh with the secuirty. I would have given a higher score however, I left my jacket with my house keys and a 300 pound set of earphones. Now ive emailed, called and social media contacted them multiple times, and now waited over 2 weeks for any response. The company is clearly not interested in returning people's property. So just bear that in mind before you visit this facility.

   The music was okay and I met some amazing people. I'm not big on drinking so it was hard to maintain my vibe but I had a lot of fun. I'm new to Glasgow so it was great for my first night out.

   Absolutely shocking behaviour from the security team and the club! Will never return and advise others to avoid! Last week I went with 3 friends I think I was spiked and my friends left me on my own, I tried to get help from staff and they let me leave on my own, not in the right state! Not even so much as a glass of water or an offer to stay and contact someone or call a taxi! Absolutely no duty of care to service users. Then On Saturday me and a group of friends tried to enter the club the female security checked all of our IDs and permitted entry to all of us! Once the girls were inside a male security guard stepped Infront of the two men and said they weren't getting in as they were too drunk (they were not) they were fine with this and prepared to leave without any hasstle my bf said he wanted to get my attention to let us know they were refused. (We were right at the door) then the security told him he wasn't allowed to get our attention! And put his hand on my bf at that point my bf tried to get past to get me and remove the security guards grip and as I turned around they were all trying to grab him and pull at him and try to act as if he was the aggressor! I don't know what their intentions were to only let usin And not them but didn't sit well with me and defo do not feel safe with security like this around. Tried to contact the club about the matter and they were nothing but rude and tried to deny any wrongdoing on their security's part! Avoid at all costs!

   Tried to get in but being with my mother we got turned away. Bouncer was condescending and spoke to my mother like she was a child. My mother reacted like any adult would to be spoke to like that and the bouncer took a power trip about it. It was a natural reaction to a condescending nature. Adults go to clubs, they should be treated like them.

   Really nice music, staff is ever so kind. BUT last night my whole group left due to the discusting treatment of the security team, in particular the bald man. There was this guy harrasing all the girls, and my friend tried to speak to him nicely, so he would leave us alone. And my friend got kicked out, in a very rude manner. That security man, was not listening and pushing us out of the way, not wanting to have a civil conversation, so he could undestand that my friend was protecting us, because they did not do a thing. No apologies, no nothing, but him being extremly rude. We a never coming back!
