   We had the absolute pleasure of working with Neil and Hannah from Rubies Dance School to choreograph our wedding first dance—and we honestly can’t thank them enough. From the very first session, both Neil and Hannah made us feel completely at ease. Neither of us had any dance experience, but they were incredibly patient, encouraging, and truly made the whole process fun and memorable. Neil took the time to understand our vision and music choice, and he crafted a routine that was not only beautiful and elegant but also perfectly suited to our ability and personalities. He broke everything down into manageable steps and was great at explaining the details, helping us build our confidence week by week. Hannah was also an incredible help throughout the process, offering valuable tips and providing that extra bit of guidance whenever we needed it. By the time the big day arrived, we felt ready and excited—and the dance went perfectly! Our guests were blown away, and we owe that to Neil and Hannah’s creativity, passion, and expert guidance. The experience was so enjoyable that it even got us signing up for more classes at Rubies Dance School! We can’t wait to continue learning and growing as dancers. If you’re considering a choreographed first dance, we wholeheartedly recommend Neil and Hannah. They made what could’ve been a nerve-wracking experience into one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding journey.    We have been attending Neil's classes for some years and they are always very enjoyable and rewarding as he is a great teacher, whatever your level. He takes the time to explain and demonstrate all steps and the routine in detail and there is always a sense of achievement when learning a new skill in such a super environment. Neil's classes are also always great fun - he has a particular style and sense of humour, varied and well structured. We have also tried private lessons which are of great value. Rubies and Neil much deserve all success and are highly recommended!

   My husband and I have been enjoying the Ballroom and Latin lessons for a number of years. Neil is a great teacher and the evening classes are fun, enjoyable and adjusted to the skill levels of the participants. We are always looking forward to it. The supporting video service helps us to practice a little at home as well. We also enjoyed some private lessons with Neil in the past which were also incredible. I highly recommend joining the school and learning a new and rewarding skill.

   My partner and I looked at a range of ballroom dancing/latin private lessons, and we are so happy we chose Rubies. Neil is the best coach you could wish for - his enthusiasm, humour, and emphasis on the proper techniques of dancing are exactly what we needed. We found the lessons really well paced and a great fun! Can't wait for the next one :)

   I look forward to dancing with Rubies every week! Since joining, Neil has been a great coach and I have learnt so much in both Salsa and Ballroom and Latin. During lockdowns, we were still able to have online lessons and all covid precautions are taken now we are back dancing in person. I would thoroughly recommend dancing with Rubies!

   I just finished my 10 weeks beginner salsa course and I really enjoyed it! I am definitely going to stay for the improvers course! I didn’t think I’ll learn so much in only 10 weeks. I highly recommend these classes! Our teacher is very patient, funny and clearly passionate about salsa.

   In the space of a year I have progressed from a complete novice to an active competitor qualifying in the top 3 for Blackpool and it's all down to Rubies Dance Centre! Head Coach Neil provides me with fundamental, technical knowledge to give me the best foundations on which to improve my ballroom and Latin dancing. Rubies is made up of many fantastic dancers of all levels and from a range of backgrounds and I love being a part of it's supportive culture. We have so much fun as a school and know that if we work hard we can achieve great things.
