I called in yesterday, Friday 9th August, at around 7 ish, and asked a girl who was filling up the shelves on the far right of the shop- the same isle that the tills are located, where a certain type of mouthwash was. I approached her and politely said excuse me please could you tell me where the dry mouth mouthwash is, as it was on the shelf last week, but it’s not there now. She never said hello or smiled, she looked at me like I had just spat at her, and rudely mumbled if it’s not there then we don’t have it, we had a clear out. No sorry about this or maybe try this, nothing but a resting b face. Her customer service skills need a great deal of work, and having worked in the retail sector in the past, I can tell you now, she is not fit for working with customers if you want to keep customers. You should always treat others how you wish to be treated. So rude, and I will not be returning. To add, I’m not even much older than the girl I spoke to, so I am not one of those out of touch people who live in the past. Don’t do the job if you hate it.
I had biab nails done for the first time and the lady who did them was really lovely unfortunately less than a day later they already chipped up to 6 nails had broke. Normally they should last 2-3 weeks. If I live local I would have returned to the store but I'm from Manchester. I contacted superdrug and the best they could do was a £8 refund not good enough when you paid £28 for this service! Not even come into a store close to me to repair just points added to my loyalty card that accumulates to £8 shocking customer service will not be doing this again. Now all removed as they looked so scruffy.
Prefer this store to the one in town centre, well stocked, decent sized store, tons of free parking and lovely friendly staff. Left my debit card there last trip, mortified. Rang next day (Sunday) to be told it was in their safe so able to go collect it, with ID obviously. Lots of other top stores and places to eat/get coffee as it's on a retail park.

Great shop got what I wanted always very clean and tidy
My husband and I popped in to the Wigan store, on the off chance we could smell the aftershaves, to browse a new fragrance for him. It was a really worthwhile trip and even though it wasn’t for myself, I really enjoyed listening to staff member Jane, talking, with enthusiasm and really in-depth knowledge, about all the fragrances that she thought he would like. She really knew what she was talking about and was not in the least bit pushy, respecting that we were only browsing. After ten minutes, we decided to buy Mont Blanc and as Jane explained, again without being pushy, that it was going to go back up in price the next day. I price checked our purchase and it was six pound cheaper than the other competitors! Thank you Jane - I hope that your store manager recognizes that your knowledge of perfumes and after shaves is amazing!
Love this shop. Always spend a fortune here come pay day. Definitely worth getting a points card. Lots and lots of choice, staff excellent. Very helpful and go above and beyond. Extremely clean premises, easy parking.
