It's rare for me to leave a review but, they but my tracking details on somebody else's order. I received an email saying my item has been delivered just to see its been delivered to a location 5 hours away! After some confusion when I received the item it war poorly packaged and the bar had scratches all over. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
Bought quite a few kettlebells from here and they’ve always been great. I made a silly mistake when placing an order and this was resolved straight away, was even given a discount code when reordering. Fantastic service!
I purchased some support gear in 2015 and used them weekly ever since. They are still going strong and after 9 years, they look brand new [albeit covered slightly in chalk]. I recently enquired about their equipment to set up my home gym.I emailed them late at night and they replied first thing the following day [during opening hours]. Katie M, was very helpful, polite with her conversation and importantly clear and concise with answering my questions. They gave accurate measurements which allowed me to design my home gym. Outstanding after sales. My son bought a weightlifting belt but it was too small. I contacted them and they explained how to complete their returns form, post it back and they happy sent out a larger size. They are very responsive to emails and extremely friendly. Will definitely use again.
I ordered 2 heavy kettlebells, both of which are great quality with great grip, at roughly 20% less cost than Rogue or other brands. Excellent shipping speeds, excellent prices, excellent customer service. Will certainly order from them again, & I recommend you order from them too.
I really couldn't recommend Strength Shop any higher. I recently made a purchase as several of my friends have used their products for years and rave about the quality. I emailed with a query prior to receiving my order and the response was fast, friendly, and efficient. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the items I ordered when it arrived. However, once again after I emailed to flag the problem, I received a response practically within minutes to say a replacement was being sent straight away. There may be alternatives on the market which may cost a little bit less, but at the end of the day you're paying for a world class service as well as top quality goods with Strength Shop. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for their gym, oly-, or power lifting supplies to look no further.
