   ,as a customer walked out I entered and the member of staff waked into the back of the shop I thought they had gone to fetch something so I waited after about 5 minutes still no sign of them so I tapped on the counter and someone shouted will be there in a minute I said ok and waited after a while 2 People came out of the back and one said to the other God he is so rude I asked if she ment me and she said yes she knew I was there I pointed out that I had been patient and didn't realized she knew she then said she was tied and snappy .not the way to treat customer
