My local store. The team is really good. Really focused on customer service. Even at times when they are short staffed, they spend that extra time with you ensuring they understand your wants and needs. I have done a lot of business here in trades and buys. Treated like a friend rather than just another Customer. Rare to find these days
When I walked in I could tell straight away the male staff with long black hair didn't want me there, I felt unwelcome. I went to look at games and as predicted the staff member comes over pretending to ask if he can help. I politely said I'm just looking for some bargains. In which he passive aggressively responded: "That's a shame we don't have any bargains". I was basically judged by the colour of my skin and he didn't want me there. I don't recommend this shop.
Bought a hi fi it stopped working so they swapped it no problems then second one started playing up and they gave me my money back no problems excellent staff,I think all the negative posts are a joke treat people how you would like to be treated sorted common courtesy goes a long way
