Joan is dedicated and responsible, especially in teaching the basic skills and posture adjustments of various dance styles. During demonstrations, she breaks down the movements, making it easier for me to understand and master them. I was able to learn and improve in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, gaining an excellent experience.
I had the pleasure of taking private lessons with Joan since 2019. From the very first lesson, she made the learning both enjoyable and approachable . Joan is not only an expert in technique but also a brilliant teacher. she has a gift in breaking down complex figures into easy to follow steps. She taught me the pitfalls to avoid, the discipline needed; and helped me gain confidence on the dance floor. I cannot recommend Joan enough to anyone looking to learn ballroom dancing in a professional yet friendly and welcoming settings.

Joan and her team of dancers are simply superb. Very accommodating to all levels of dancing skill. It started off with myself and then my girls joined and even achieved honours and merit in their latin and ballroom exams after just a few months! Highly recommend this dance school! The teachers are fantastic, friendly, dedicated and professional - they really enjoy teaching and passing on their knowledge and they always have some great hints and tips to help you along. The classes and private tuition are very affordable. Suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers. The classes are well organised and fun, even as a total beginner you can learn some beautiful routines. They also have parties throughout the year which are great fun. I would highly recommend anyone interested to book even just one class/private lesson and try it out!
