   We needed some essentials for our Scotland visit from Australia. We have been to this Mountain Warehouse before and they always have what we need for reasonable prices and great quality. The current sale helped us, as did Jess. Jess was very helpful making sure the waterproof trousers we bought were right and provided excellent advice on what we needed.    Exceptional level of customer service. As a pair of boots were not in stock the staff member sourced them within minutes from another Mountain Warehouse store and arranged for them to be set aside for uplift. There was no hard sell, but rather an easy genuine effort to accommodate a customer. Ten out of ten.

   The woman that helped me today deserves promotion she was so helpful and friendly. Brilliant customer service and had such a great manner, thankyou. Shop is ruined by a miserable guy with long hair who obviously hates his job and enjoys barking like a dog at customers, inluding me and some other poor soul that was on the receiving end of him hile i was there.
