The team member I spoke with (Josh) was very helpful and either knew the answers to my questions or found the answers while I was on the phone. I then processed my payment online.    Excellent customer service. I recently purchased an e-bike .they kept hold of it for me even though they had several emails of interest prior to me viewing it before I buy.Charlotte (staff manager) was just on her way out to grab a coffee but stayed to show me the bike and secure the purchase .a male staff member finalist the deal, he Was just has helpful. The bike battery was fully charged when I collected it and I even used it for work that even, no issues whatsoever.

   Spent £1900+ on a premium digital camera and it arrived faulty and not working (system error and kept rebooting). Shocked that the store did not thoroughly test it before selling it considering the value. Took several emails to get a refund and even then it was issued 2 days after it was promised by Charlotte and I wasn't offered a refund on my return post either. I spend a lot of money at many cash converter stores and it's happened before but with much lower value items. I will hesitate to make expensive purchases in the future.

   Bought xboxone which wouldn't update, got talked into paying more for xboxone s . Which everytime I turn on asks me for a internet connection and login details. Basically ive ended up with a £130 brick and because it does work if constantly connected to the web i can't get a refund. It should state requires constant availability to the web. Certainly not amused considering i just wanted to buy an xboxone ( didn't work) returned it and told I could pay an extra £40 for the S version. I should be able to get a full refund as nothing was explained an personally I was miss informed.
