   Spoke to David Gourlay bowl on Wednesday 17 Dec 2025 about their stock bowls. Gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and had a good listening ear for my requirements. I ordered my bowls over the phone there and then and they have arrived this morning 19 Dec 2025. Pleasure to deal with such genuine people who want to help you and not just sell something to you. Excellent service thanks guys, keep it up.

   Top quality service. Ordered my bowls before rhe pandemic, they made sure the order was in and correct for me just before things started to shut down. Once lockdown finished we arranged part ex of bowls I owned and sorted deliveries etc. Originally the bowls I ordered came back with the incorrect grip but they were very quick to let me know and also arrange with Taylor bowls of the mistake on their part. The store made sure my order was prioritised by Taylor Bowls and was very quick in dealing with the matter - I received my bowls only 2 weeks later which is awesome considering the turnaround sometimes and the current circumstances. Top service, cant recommended enough and will 100% be shopping with them again.

   Colin couldn't be more helpful, following a phone call to enquire about some new bowls which turned out not to be in stock, he took my number saying he would get straight on to Henselite and get back to me, within half an hour he called back saying he could get the bowls I wanted, right size right colour, when I asked about the engraving he emailed pics of the choices. Less than a week later I went up to the shop to pick my bowls up, also came away with waterproof jacket, bowls shirts and new trousers. Very friendly helpful and would recommend anybody to go there.
