You guys can work on delivery time and communications with your customers but in general have a great service and really good products quality surprisingly made in Glasgow.
Still waiting for an order which was placed three weeks ago for which the payment was taken immediately. Had to send a very forceful email after two weeks before they even replied to me. Still waiting a week later and no further update despite attempting to contact them again. Had enough, will probably ask for a refund. Absolutely shocking service, I'm surprised they get any business at all.
