   Each time I go in this store I find the staff miserable as if they dont want to be there, also unhelpful and rude. I went in lateish on Saturday evening looking for a certain make up product, a young girl helped but was interrupted by what I think was a more senior member who said to the girl what are you looking, for then replied it's all gone. Same person stood at a till I walked up to when I finished my shopping just looked at me and said it's that till up there nobody was at that till up there! Until a young girl came round to serve me. Customer service is very poor in this store.

   Staff not great, stood at the till waiting for ages whilst staff walked passed me. Asked if anyone was serving and the manager said yes and pointed to the girl who was behind the perfume counter who was helping a lady try loads of different perfumes. Being behind the perfume counter isn’t serving, other customer shouldn’t be made to feel rushed and I shouldn’t have to wait when there was plenty of staff. I’ve worked in retail, customers come first.

   Great staff, click and collect service in 30 minutes is second to none. All Superdrug’s are filled with friendly staff, I’m so glad the Widnes store is so local to me. In my opinion they can’t be beaten on price either.

   Me and my Girlfriend went last Saturday for a nose piecing and ear piecing, with in a week my Girlfriend nose piecing feel out twice, and we both went early today to LA Tattoo in Widnes and got the nose piecing redone properly with a proper titanium jewellery. So I personally highly recommend LA Tattoo for and body piecing in the future.

   I wanted to get my ears re-pierced so I phoned up to ask if they still did this, the young person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional and told me exactly what the different costs were and that I just needed to turn up at the store. There was a very pleasant young person who welcomed people into the shop, he directed me to the section that did ear piercing, the staff here are truly lovely, very patient, polite friendly and incredibly professional, I can only say that Superdrug must be really proud of their staff because the service I received today was incredibly thoughtfull and impressive. I can't believe the amount of amazing products on stock. Thankyou Superdrug for a lovely experience.
