   Excellent customer service. Unfortunately they did not have my size of walking shoe and no other store had any in stock. Danny was very helpful measured my feet and his knowledge of walking shoes was second to none. 10/10

   We visited today and ended up walking out. 2 gentlemen helping people and 1 gentlemen waiting to be helped. We waited patiently and the older gentleman(worker) asked who was next so he started helping the guy that was in front of us which was exactly as it should be. The younger gentleman finished helping a mum and daughter then came out the store room looked over seen us all waiting but never came back. So there we are stood waiting with not even an acknowledgement to say hi, just nothing. We then walk out so I see the young guy at a till point talking to a female colleague so I ask how I leave feedback. They were both flummoxed by my question but then eventually told said to go onto Google. So here I am. Clearly some training for certain members of staff is required on how to welcome potential customers. Would I hurry back? No! Would I spend my money elsewhere now? Absolutely. If you need help please do not rush here.

   Bought a pair of Merrell walking shoes. 2nd time in here. They didn't have my size in store so ordered then for home delivery. That was about 5.30 yesterday and they were delivered this morning at 11.30. Great service. Very nice helpful staff in the shop both times I've been in.

   Excellent customer service at the Cotswold yesterday in Silverburn. I received a particularly great service from Kyle who was brilliant at helping me find the right trainer. He had great knowledge, friendly and approachable! He gave great advice! Highly recommend coming here for the right fitting trainer. So happy with the ones I got! I have been struggling to find the right fit.

   Bought my walking boots from here. Staff couldent have been more helpful. So much so I purchased a pair of walking shoes of same make. If u are a member of the ramblers u get 15% discount. The same applies if a member of the national trust.

   This outdoor clothing and equipment store at Silverburn has a decent range of outdoor clothing, it is advertising 50% off sale at the moment which was what attracted me inside but to be honest, I didn't see many sale items, so disappointed at that. The rest of the goods were fine but nothing grabbed me. I have most of what I need, but worth a visit.
