   Mountain Warehouse is a great outdoor shop with good quality and reasonable prices. There are more premium brands, but they’re much more expensive. I also really appreciate the seasonal offers and student discounts. What truly makes this location special is the staff especially Jamie and Anastasia.    Clearance sale was on today as shop closing for a fit out. Bought a pair of waterproof walking over-trousers. Wish I had managed to note the staff members name that gave me some advice when purchasing the trousers. She was knowledgeable and informative. Good sale on just now.

   We had to get a light jacket for an outing to Inveraray and was told about this place from other visitors on a bus tour. The store was well stocked and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sale they had on made it cheaper to buy in Scotland rather than back in Canada.

   MW products are of great quality, comfy and wear very well, whether they are shoes, t-shirt or others. They also have great customer service. Online and in the shop. In two different occasions had to change two different items and had no problem at all. First time, it was difective and received a new one the following day. The second time, boots were too big and was refunded straightaway. But the shop also had a pair in the right size so got them. They gave me the same discount that I had originally online. You cannot ask for more really!
