   As an adult in her early 30s, I would definitely recommend coming here to learn to dance, destress, or simply lose weight. #1 Inclusive culture: No one judges you, even if you're just a newbie. People cheer for your accomplishments and progress. #2 Professional teachers: You'll find excellent instructors here, which can be challenging to find in other studios when starting from scratch. It's crucial to select the right level rather than jumping from level 1 to 100. #3 Convenient location: The location is incredibly convenient for meeting my friends in both central and non-central London. As a dedicated member myself, losing weight is a side benefit. What I gain here is more than just weight loss - it's about embracing yourself, enjoying the music, and having fun while dancing. I'm grateful to have this studio. I've also met some foreigners who are about to leave. They mentioned that one of the things they will miss is this studio. I'm also writing this as a testimonial for them and myself PS. There's light effect like a night club - just don't need to be harassed or harass boys. I am the girl harassing boys.

   I’ve been going to AYB for over a year and it’s by far the best dance studio I’ve been to. The teachers are supportive, patient and really cares for those that want to build their dance techniques and skills. Not only that, they also make it a safe space for the community to go and shake a stressful day away and escape from reality for an hour or two. And to top it off, the people that go here are so friendly and give off such a great vibe and make you feel like you’re not alone. I’ve met some really nice people here and made some friends along the way. Forever grateful for the teachers and the community at AYB

   I started classes at AYB a few months ago, and am in awe of how lovely and inclusive the studio is. They truly have created such a welcoming and supportive community. The instructors are amazing at their craft, encourage your learning, and ultimately make dancing so much fun!    Amazing place! Joelle is an AWESOME professional, with the greatest energy and this place has super cool classes, with great techers, choreos and the coolest songs, in an environment that is welcoming for all levels. also i love that they make videos of the classes and the lights are so beautiful! also great location

   There's honestly no place like it, it's way more than just a dance studio, it's a whole safe space and community! You come here to learn but you leave with good energy & new friends every time. Nobody is doing it like AYB, from the variety of classes to the amazing instructors, who each have their own unique vibe and the other great people you'll meet along the way. Coming here made me wish I'd started dancing much sooner, so if you're also considering, I highly recommend taking a class or two here!

   AYB is like a little family that is constructive, helpful and so brilliantly encouraging. I've been dancing for a long time but I stopped with I reached adulthood (mostly due to finding adult classes a bit sterile or not very amicable). AYB is a WHOLE different story. My first in person class, I felt like a part of the team. It's super inclusive, super friendly and super motivating. Highly recommend joining the squad!
