   We had the absolute best time at Pole Academy LDN! Lia, the owner and our instructor, was incredible from start to finish. She led a private session for me and four of my colleagues, and it was honestly the highlight of our week. Lia was super friendly, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable no matter their experience level. The class was such a fun mix of fitness, confidence-boosting, and laughter! we all left feeling empowered (and a little sore in the best way!). Highly recommend for team outings, special events, or just trying something new. Thank you, Lia! We'll definitely be back!

   I was completely new to Pole before I started 5 months ago and was so nervous for it - but when I met Lia she instantly put me at ease. She's so welcoming, friendly, helpful and patient and so good at breaking down each move and technique for beginners. Her private sessions are really helpful and having that 1:1 personal time with her has helped me progress quicker. The maximum in a class is 12 and when it's fully booked its 2 people per pole. This is a really good class size and the instructors Go round to each student after showing them each move to assist. I would recommend Pole Academy Ldn for anyone who is new to Pole and wants to give it a try or build on their skills with the higher/intermediate classes.

   I’ve been coming to classes here since 2021. It was the only place that offered true beginner classes to help you master the basics. Lia is an amazing instructor. She breaks the technique down so well, even on days where I didn’t think I could do anything, I surprised myself with her support. The other instructors are all excellent too and the classes themselves are full of supportive participants. Not a class goes by without spontaneous applause for even the smallest achievement. Pole fitness is unlike any other activity I’ve ever been to. It’s both tough and super rewarding. At these classes it’s incredible how much progress you can make in a short time. Thoroughly recommend.

   Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. It's a really great full body workout, so much fun & I would recommend to everyone! The instructors and students are so friendly, body positive and welcoming. Give it a try!

   I took my 9yr old niece to the all levels hoop class. Rebecca the instructor and all of the ladies in the class were so welcoming to us and really encouraging. We loved it. I also surprised myself with what i was able to do with the patience and guidance of Rebecca. I would love to do it again and its such a great strengthening workout. Give it a go!!

   The pole fitness classes are really great!! Lia is an amazing teacher. From the moment you walk in she makes you feel welcome with her bubbly personality. She always looks out for your safety, spotting and checking in on health issues or injuries. Her classes are clearly planned because the warm up is relevant to the exercises and there’s a mix of activities so anyone will find something they can excel at. I like how the same moves are taught at different levels so everyone is included and you know where the next progression is heading. I have found it a friendly and encouraging environment, honestly a highlight of my week
