Our daughter has absolutely loved her time with Jigsaw in Balham. Emily and all of the teachers have been wonderful and it’s been fantastic to see our daughter’s confidence grow with each passing week. The atmosphere in the classes is just lovely, the children are encouraged to make friends and really enjoy every moment. I’ve loved seeing our daughter learn new skills, practise her singing and dancing and get used to performing in front of others. I can’t recommend the classes highly enough!
My daughter has been attending the weekend Jigsaw sessions for over six years now, and they’ve truly become a cherished part of her routine. She also eagerly takes part in the drama workshops during school holidays, which are always creative, engaging, and full of energy. The teachers are absolutely outstanding—consistently warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly nurturing. Their passion for what they do shines through in every session. The activities are so imaginative and inspiring that they often spill over into our home, with my daughter re-enacting and building on what she’s learned. The end-of-term performances are a real highlight—beautifully produced, inclusive of every child, and of an impressively high standard. They’re not only entertaining to watch but also clearly designed to build confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves every moment. Her confidence has grown enormously, and she’s developed a wide range of skills—both on and off stage. A special mention must go to Emily, who leads the Balham branch with such warmth and dedication. She is truly fantastic—approachable, committed, and always radiating positivity. Emily is a wonderful ambassador for this incredible programme and plays a key role in making it such a welcoming and enriching space for children.
