   I’ve got mental health problems autism ADHD and because I’m about useless at keeping things I sometimes take them back now the cash converters in Birkenhead basically have bared me from coming in the shop because I bring some stuff back thay don’t take my autism or adhd seriously I’m so sorry for buying and bringing things back but I can’t help it so I’m no longer aloud in the shop I’ve been going too for 15 years of service I’ve gave them that have really upset me all that needed too do was talk too me about it not just bar me I absolutely love the staff and now I feel like I’ve been dropped because of my mental heath it’s disgusting I asked someone else too right this on my behalf I’m just telling her what too right thanks ❤️

   I came to an arrangement with the guys at cash converters in Bradford kirgate to pay my phone the next day , however the next day I called to make a payment and they told me that they have sold the phone already less than 24 hours of me, making the arrangement Arrange , so this is theft it was a brand new iPhone 14 in perfect condition and also they did the exact same thing around one year ago and I took as a genuine mistake with a brand new perfect condition Xbox one however it seems that obviously the company is out just to steal brand new items and claim that it was late paid when it fact they’re not reporting all of interactions with their customers which is gross misconduct AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT GO TO KIRGATE CASH CONVERTERS THEY WILL STEAL FROMY YOU. Luckily the police have contacted and are now investigating it further Amanda Jayne

   Respond ASAP to my request or authorities will be involved ! I've made 3 payments of 345 £ each because of your website was giving me an error after every transaction . I have over 900£ coming out of my bank account towards Cash Converters but because of your website , transaction never went trough !!! RESPOND ASAP AND CLEAR MY PAYMENTS !!

   Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Avoid having anything posted. Purchased an item wrongly described. Then having an absolute nightmare getting it returned and refunded. One excuse after another blaming DHL. Terrible service and customer care. Total lack of communication. Wallasey store.

   Stores are pretty terrible when it comes to knowing what they are actually selling! Borderline false advertising, with no resolution after you purchase wrongly described goods.Would stay away honestly, especially if purchasing on line! The turn around for there mistakes is not only long, but very frustrating. And in the end, you are the only one that suffers. They couldn’t care a less and just go about there day!!

   Scammers BEWARE! sold me a phone that was not unlocked as stated in there online advert..was paid for via Visa and delivered on time...contacted the store for a refund and the phone was locked too orange and I am on 3 network...they said return the phone for a full refund within 5 working days! Which I done within 24 hours signed for recorded special delivery...still waiting for my refund 11 days later..staff abusive and do not return calls..also lie blatantly.. this was the shipley store..had to contact the ombudsman and trading standards leaving it to them now...I'm told they will win my case with ease... ALSO THE HAVE READVERTISED MY PHONE FOR SALE WHICH IS ILLEGAL ITSELF! (YES MY PHONE AS U HAVE NOT PAID ME! HORROR STORYS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS BEWARE EVERYONE *** DO NOT BUY FROM THEM *** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

   Just bought an iMac worth £600 from the Orpington branch through eBay and arrived damaged and now they accused me for damage it and don’t want to pay it back The box was to small for the iMac but they trying to defend themselves with we put a lot off Bubble wrap to protect it The last message I get of them is Well my shipping company said it was handled with care and it left here in good working condition. Personally I think you hit it with something as you didn’t want it. You could have just returned it without all the drama and I would have given your money back but if you don’t want to tell me the truth then I’ll let eBay sort it out Yea because I have nothing else to do and wasting money and time Let me tell you something if I didn’t want it I just could cancel the order !!!!!! They are very arrogant not even trying to resolve the problem I’m in the process of rapporting them to trading standards STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!
