Very busy restaurant on a Thursday night. It was full of families and small children, which at times were running mad( no fault of the restaurant) The food is standard Brewers Fayre menu.. came promptly, and was cooked nicely ( and still warm!). There is plenty of parking around the hotel and restaurant

Ate at this restaurant while working in the area. The standard Brewers Fayre menu was in operation and for a change for me eating at places attached to premier inns there didn't seem to be any items that weren't in stock. The restaurant was nice and clean with friendly staff. Food service was super fast and my starters and main arrived a perfect amount of time apart. I had the mini mac and cheese bites to start with a smothered platter for mains. Everything was cooked perfectly and nice and hot when served. A nice place to eat/drink if you're staying at the hotel next door.

Food was fine, though my mash was at best lukewarm. In all, it was what it was, so no complaints in that sense. Service at the bar - young lady who served our granddaughter's birthday cake at the table - was good. The other ladies who served at the table were disinterested and a bit slapdash. I went to soft play. It was clean and fine, though the very visible area through the back netting badly needs a clean, it's filthy and evidenly had been so for weeks. We would return but wouldn't make it a destination of choice to travel 10 miles.

Lovely carvery meal, tasty and juicy turkey and roast beef. Dessert was also amazing! Highly recommend, especially as it is a very family friendly place to go if you have young children.

Standard Prem Inn. Parking close by, Clean rooms, Nice powerful shower, Friendly reception. The food across the road in the Brewers Fayre had deceiving looks, kinda like a mirror after a hot shower. I went for the mixed grill with upgraded 8oz steak and the chicken and gammon came out hidden underneath the beastly slane steak. When I revealed them, they looked so sad, so pitiful, like they had just returned from Lizzies state funeral. Looks don't count for everything however and they tasted even better than an injury time winning goal. Regretted ordering the humongous chocolate sundae. It was so big it would have dwarfed the gypsy king himself. Tasted sooooo good though, hallucinations and sugar sweats were included for free!

Very friendly staff. The food arrived quickly and was good. Tables well spaced. Good table by window. Didn't seem overly busy. The only downside was a quite long list of things that were out of stock. Having said that, it didn't affect us first choices we're available. Curry and Scampi. Right next door to the Premierinn. Good job too as it was typical Scottish weather, ie torrential rain !

Food was reasonably priced. The food was of a good standard. Needs a better drink selection though. My girlfriend had the chilli non carne. I had the luxury lasagne. I had a side of chips also. Corona beer was the only beer I liked.
