   Do not get anything from here, especially Uber Eats orders. I ordered from here 3 times and each time it was stone cold when it arrived. Last time the burger came RAW and I couldn’t eat it. They’re also running a 40% promo on Uber eats and I can tell that they are being instructed to make cost saving measures like only filling the chips cup up 3/4 (there were about 3 more individual fries in the bag) as it is consistently the same level. I think that is disgusting as a promotion shouldn’t mean that the product is of a low quality. DO NOT EAT HERE

   Five Guys food is fantastic, great burgers, very generous portions of fries, and I love their cajun fries. The staff were great, but the company focus is behind the counter. With all staff behind the counter, tables out front are not always cleaned promptly. The restaurant wasn't a mess or anything, and I don't expect table service, but it was just enough to keep the service and atmosphere at 4 instead of 5.

   I just want to bring this to your attention. I had a five guys yesterday and immediately had stomach pains and I was throwing up and diarrhoea. It was an issue all evening and today too. I’ve traveled 3 hours to come to Bristol and I’m unwell on my trip. I’ve had a five guys from different towns in the past and I’ve never experienced this issue. I looked at your other reviews and raw beef seems to be a problem here. I’m concerned and of course disappointed for my trip.

   Great burgers and the fries were awesome, also special mention about the milkshakes. Behind the counter she was very pleasant and helped us as we had never been to a Five Guys before. Overall a great way for a quick bite to eat but can be a little pricey, but it's the quality that counts. Burgers the way they were meant to be.

   The staff at this Five Guys were super friendly! Really great customer service. The beef patty was a little overcooked, but overall the burger was great. As usual, the 'small' portion of fries was huge! We got a milkshake too, and the tower of whipped cream was massive.

   Service was a little slow and took a while for our milkshake to appear (to the point I had to go up and ask as we had already eating our food. Food is always good though! Loads of chips and wasn't too busy given it was a Saturday night and headed there for a cheeky little outing :)

   This is one of the best burgers around no matter which five guys you are at. A few things worth noting. Don't get a fries each. Share! They are large portions. The "little burgers" are the single patty burgers. The regular ones are double patty. All the toppings are free. And yes you can ask for extra cheese and extra bacon!!!! You're welcome. It's not cheap. But it's good. Easily good enough to justify the price.

   Not worth the price for sure. The patty itself is pretty tasteless the only redeeming quality is that you’re able to add lots of other ingredients to the burger so that it actually has some flavour. Other than that the fries are decent and the milkshakes are great. Overall (for the burger) 3/5 ⭐️
