   AYA is an amazing studio. I started my pole journey here last year and couldn’t be more grateful to the staff. (Special shout out to Amy!) They are so encouraging, patient, and, friendly. I always felt welcomed to work at my own pace but also inspired to push myself as I grew in confidence. Outside of gaining pole skills, I have also grown tremendously in body confidence while attending these classes - something I really didn’t expect to happen! Sad to be leaving as I’m relocating but I would recommend to anyone in the South London area looking to start or progress their pole journey.

   It's really nerve wracking walking into a pole class when you don't know anyone and have to make yourself vulnerable and prepare to fail at something new. But you don't really need to worry about this at AYA. The instructors and students are so welcoming and friendly that those typical anxieties disappear almost instantly. The instructors are all really knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in their teaching and ensure that everyone in the class is able to participate in a safe way. Love the AYA family!!

   Everyone at Aya is so friendly and welcoming and they have built such a supportive community here. They really help you build you up internally as well and physically and my confidence and strength has built up inside and outside. This was a bonus for me to be honest as I just came to learn pole and did not expect to grow so much within. The environment they have built is so good for the mental health as well. The classes are so much fun and each instructor has their own unique styles and talent so you will learn so much from each of them and they are always so happy to help. You will leave the classes feeling happy and powerful. I feel like I have progressed so much in my pole journey and built up so much physical strength ( I am surprisingly now the strongest I have ever been) with their help and support and would recommend anyone to come and try a class at aya pole.

Venue wise, my sat nav took me to the road before Oakley but I quickly realised to follow it around, taking two right turns and that brings you to the front of the South Norwood venue.
