   My daughter has danced at LLDS since she was 4 - she has always been happy to go into class and she had made steady impressive progress. She has been expertly guided through the exam process (which I believe she would have found a lot more nerve-racking in a different environment). She now spends a lot of time at the studio and I am always sure that she is safe and well looked after. She has also made lots of lovely friends and it is great to see the way they support each other and work together.

   LLDS is so much more than a dance school. It is the opportunity for children to learn, love, develop and shine not only in all genres of dance, arco and aerial but in building their confidence, self esteem, discipline, respect and forming great friendships. The standard of teaching across all classes and levels is extremely high and the amount of talent within the school is phenomenal. The senior girls are brilliant role models for the younger children who aspire to be just like them. All of the teachers are amazing! They are always highly professional, hard working, kind, welcoming, happy, fun, and genuinely care about each individual student. There is a strong emphasis on safety and safeguarding every child. The teachers always go above and beyond to create fantastic opportunities for each child from shows and performances, competitions, exams, prize days and awards, holiday clubs, photo shoots and much more. There is always something new and exciting to look forward to at LLDS- whether it’s improving on the facilities at the dance school, new equipment, new classes, new costumes or simply raising money for local charities and the wider community through bake sales and raffles- everyone is included and welcome. As a busy working parent, one of the best things for me is the level of communication from the school and how approachable, understanding and helpful Miss Lovick, Miss Helen and Miss Emily always are. The school utilise and maximise different platforms of communication, which allows parents to have all of the necessary information required at their fingertips, and to see them within their lessons. Miss Lovick has made it so simple and easy to follow what is happening, especially when you have more than one child attending a variety of classes- the structure and communication is a blessing for me! The Band, the monthly newsletters, payment portals, schedules and groups ensure that the school is run in a professional, efficient and organised way. My children are thriving at LLDS- they love every dance, every warm up and everything about being part of such a wonderful dance family!

   I can't recommend this fabulous dance school enough, my daughter has been dancing here for 13 years , it's simply the best . The opportunity's that these children have are amazing. Performing on cruise ships , Disney, Haven and in the west end . The teachers bring the best out of each child . Adult classes are also available which i also attend . Communication is always good , we are kept informed at every step with emails and can always talk to staff if needed. Lucy Lovick and her team are brilliant ❤️ 5 stars from me and Katie x

She has developed her love for performing by taking part in the Haven show. The staff are professional, approachable and caring. They strive to get the best out of the dancers.

   My children have been coming since preschool and are now teenagers. The teachers are professional and everyone is encouraged to try. Lucy really knows her pupils and is great at helping with their confidence. I do also attend evening adult dance classes and thoroughly recommend them too!

The teachers are highly skilled professionals who encourage children with all levels of skill to progress at a rate that suits the child, rather than just trying to get more and more money out of us parents like at other dance schools.    Absolutely love dancing here! The teaching and support is amazing and has certainly helped improve my technique, confidence and performance. The community at Lucy Lovick Dance School feels like a family and allows you to develop close friendships while doing exercise, learning technique, musicality and essential dance skills; most importantly, learning to dance here is fun! I’ve always felt included and happy in the dance school environment and in my time here have performed at Saddlers Wells, the Fairfield Halls and Her Majesty’s Theatre (so many opportunities!!). Making this dance school unique to many others, the teachers invest all their time and knowledge into teaching dance in a friendly and passionate way. Moving to this dance school has to be one of the best decisons my parents made- I’ve gained so much confidence and my exam results definitely have improved! I’d really recommend dancing here to anyone, whether they’re a beginner or a teenager like me. I love it.

   I couldn't be happier to have found LLDS. My daughters have just finished their first term and have absolutely loved it. We have tried 3 other dance schools over the last few years and none have felt quite right for various reasons. LLDS have a really welcoming, relaxed approach but expect high standards in all areas from technique to uniform and hair, which for us is just the right balance to strike. I just wish we had started with them earlier!!
