   Working with Dora at Flow Dance was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As complete non-dancers, we were nervous about our first dance, but Dora’s patience, warmth, and wonderful choreography put us completely at ease. She made every lesson fun, gave us the confidence we needed, and turned something we were anxious about into one of our favourite parts of the day.    We took 5 wedding dance lessons with Dora and she was a great teacher. She choreographed such a fun routine for us and was very patient. We started 2 weeks before our wedding and she managed to fit us in her schedule. Really glad we had lessons for our wedding dance here and very pleased with the result.

   We booked five wedding dance lessons and we were so happy with how our dance turned out! I had a VERY heavy dress with very limited arm movement so we had no idea what to do… but with Dora’s help, we choreographed something lovely. On the day, the torrential rain meant my dress was even heavier, it was absolutely soaking and so was the floor… so we didn’t quite manage all the steps but we hit the dips, we got some WOWs, and we were so proud of ourselves. Dora and Jan made us feel happy, confident, and excited to do our first dance when it was something we were quite scared of. We’ve also realised we quite like dancing! Thank you!

   We had 5 wedding dance classes booked with Jan and I’m so happy we had him as our teacher, also it was just the perfect amount not to learn a dance. We booked our classes 1,5 month before the wedding and it’s perfect as you can have 1 class a week before your wedding so you front forger the dance if you spread out your classes too much! I would definitely recommend to book with Jan, very friendly, funny, professional and an amazing person to work with, me and my husband were really happy with him!

   A welcoming and fun dance school, we would heavily recommend them to anyone wishing to try it out as a hobby! We started about a year ago with no experience whatsoever, and under the careful tutoring of the flow dance team through the group classes we’ve already seen such improvement and had a lot of fun. A special shout out to Jan who has been absolutely excellent in our private classes, always happy to help and very knowledgable!

   I simply love Flow, all the classes are so well organised and fun, the teachers are the best ones I have ever experienced and the space is literally state of the art! I have tried several dance schools in London and Flow Dance was the best one by far. As soon as I stepped through the doors I was amazed by the space, the dance floor, the lighting, the sound system, everything of such high quality and you can tell that it was all built with the dancers in mind. This is very rare in Ballroom & Latin dance scene in London. And then I met the lovely teachers and after trying the first free intro class I knew I wanted to belong there. All the other fellow students are so friendly and equally love Flow. I was welcomed in Flow dance community immediately as it is very easy to get along with people since we all share the same passion, and to be fair, we end up spending a lot of time at Flow. There's so many classes throughout the week we can attend as part of our membership and there's also weekly Saturday socials :) It's also worth mentioning that I get a lot for the membership I pay and it is really worth it. I've recommended Flow to my friends and I got the discount for that too, amazing! I'm so happy I found Flow, thank you guys.

   For the last 15 years I have been dancing Argentinian tango and salsa at various dance schools and studios around London. When I joined Flow Dance Studio I immediately felt comfortable in broadening my own horizons by taking up ballroom and Latin dance. At Flow Dance Studio, Nine Elms, you are taught far beyond the basics of footwork. They help you to develop the refinements of poise and body movement required to achieve the ultimate in elegance and grace. The staff here, both male and female, are truly knowledgable and professional yet friendly and approachable. There is a growing community of dancers with whom we are able to share our passion for dance in well designed and well equipped surroundings. While standards are high, the mood is always positive and I have made friends of various ages here. There is something for every enthusiast from absolute beginners to competitors. There is even a weekly social evening! I’m glad I found this place.

   This review is by a person who did ballroom & latin competitively in his youth and after many years returned to it at Flow Dance. So obviously it will be somewhat biased (vs a true beginner) as the love of dancing has already been with me - I just had to re-discover it. And there is hardly a place better to do that than Flow Dance. First of all, you will be not alone - there are plenty of us there just like you. And the joy of finding your old passion is like no other - it is a way to re-connect with yourself, perhaps even re-discover some part of you that may have been lost along the way of your journey through life. If like myself it has been years since the last time you danced, I recommend coming to Beginners to refresh the basics and stay for Improvers and onwards until you feel you have enough to work upon. And doing this together is even more more fun - don’t be afraid to partner up with someone, it is well worth it. Secondly, the team at Flow Dance is nothing short of amazing - very professional and yet very diverse in how they teach dancing, which gives you a lot of perspective. Diana is a fiery spirit who will infect you with passion and energy whether you ask for it or not, and you are going to like it! Dora on the other side while still keeping it fun will give you a lot of easy-to-comprehend yet effective technique advice to improve seemingly small things that nevertheless make a huge difference. Harrison I can only describe as a beautiful mind who will give you a unique perspective, dare I say philosophical point of view, on each dance in the Latin program that will truly transform both the way you dance and the way you think about dancing. I recommend trying all the classes to find out what works best for you. Finally - the venue itself is great. Although it is smaller that the competition-sized ballroom, it has a lot of headroom and a good aircon, the dance floor is purpose-built and is one of the best ones I’ve ever danced on, there is a full-length mirrored wall to assist with your practice, the sound system leaves nothing wanting and the location is very convenient if Victoria and/or Northern lines are your friends. But you don’t have to take me at my word - try the intro offer and judge for yourself. I came for my first class with zero expectations, and it was one of the best nights I had since whenever - needless to say. I signed up straight afterwards and am still enjoying every minute of this magical experience.

   Beautiful new studio! The owner makes efforts to get to know every student and visitors personally and helps each individual needs. Very inclusive and welcoming. They provide variety of classes at each level. Challenging enough to let us achieve the best of us and continuous learning but also ensured fun! I attended Advance Latin Technique class and the teacher was fantastic!

   Beautiful new dance studio in Nine Elms mins from Central London. State of the art trendy lighting & sound system! Simply loved their team of highly talented Latin & Ballroom dance teachers - so professional & friendly! Classes range from beginners to Advanced from Salsa, Cha Cha to Samba or Waltz to Foxtrot. Kids classes too! Would highly recommend!
