   I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this studio and found their approach extremely unprofessional. I had a clear agreement with them to keep a regular time slot on an ongoing basis, paying every three months as discussed several times over the phone. It was confirmed that my slot would stay secured as long as I continued paying. However, after my first contract ended, they gave my time slot away to someone else — without any notice, message, or invoice sent to me, and without even checking if I was planning to continue. When I came to the studio, I found another group using my slot, and all of my students were shocked and disappointed by how the studio operates. Later, the reception staff told me that my slot had been permanently reassigned to another group. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for returning clients. I do not recommend booking with this studio unless you’re ready to constantly chase them to make sure your slot hasn’t been given away to someone else.

   I was thoroughly impressed by the facilities at Unit3 studios. The studio is incredibly spacious, never feeling crowded. What stands out the most is the impeccable cleanliness – the floors, mirrors, and change rooms are always spotless. The sound system is high-quality, and the ventilation is excellent, so it never gets stuffy. Dancing here feels like a luxury. It’s clear that great thought has been put into creating a comfortable and inspiring space.

   I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this dance studio! The instructors are not only professional and passionate, but also incredibly supportive and encouraging — whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, they make everyone feel welcome and included. The classes are well-structured, fun, and full of positive energy. I’ve especially enjoyed how they break down the choreography step by step, making even the most complex moves feel achievable. The studio space is clean and spacious, and the whole team is friendly and organized. I’ve grown so much in confidence and technique since I started here. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn, improve, or just have a great time dancing!

   My first time here and it's quite tricky to find the actual entrance to the studio. The signs direct you to go down a precarious metal staircase, along a dubious & damp alleyway, up another dodgy set of steps and along another little alley. The thing is, all of that is absolutely unnecessary as you can simply walk across the open courtyard at street level and down a regular set of steps to access the building! Once inside, the studio is bright and spacious. The air conditioning works well and the toilets were clean.

   I used the Studio Hire function and it was quick and simple. I enjoyed my time using the space and when I asked about the Flow Faculty Dance classes that were advertised all over the studio I got some in depth info as well as extra information regarding privates that the Faculty teachers offer. Looking forward to attending in the future!

   Being a member of Flow Dance Nine Elms I have also been at their sister studio at Oval. I hired studio spaces on a couple of occasions and had a very good experience every time. They have 6 different size studios for hire and each of them is equipped to a high standard with everything you need to rehearse, teach or even hold and audition. Their staff are very helpful and friendly too. I have also tried Flow faculty classes and really enjoyed the vibe, dance teachers are brilliant and really caring and enthusiastic. I felt very welcome and enjoy the fact that I can learn some dance styles I never tried before, like heels, commercial, contemporary and my absolute favourite modern jazz class. I really recommend Flow Dance Oval to the youth who want to grow their confidence, build on fitness and dance skills in a friendly and safe environment.

   A variety of dance classes available which is great. Been in a couple of different studios there. A big letdown: The aircon in one of the studios was not working and there were only 2 tiny fans that didn't do much. No windows for ventilation too. Imagine 20 over students dancing in a studio with no ventilation...the teacher said they informed reception several times about the sane room but still nothing has been done.

   Thursday Pilates class with Josie Kukor was great. This was my first time at Flow, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I am completely out of shape - but Josie was incredibly kind and helpful to get me started. There needs to be more instructors as warm as she is - makes everything so much easier. The dance studio is not pretentious and feels very much like “home”.
