I really enjoy this class, especially the stretching section — it helps me relax both physically and mentally. The location is easy to find and very close to the tube station, which is super convenient. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!
Attentive instructor address all members as dancers, with great taste of soundtracks to dance to. I found confidence and excitement to keep coming back as an absolute beginner. No videoing of practice and most dancers are regulars so it holds a sense of security and comfort. Glad to have found this place.

I joined Neeodance yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my first lesson with Yaa and the other participants in the flexibility and stretch lesson. Yaa was so much fun, she gave such clear instructions with the stretches and consistently encouraged and praised us all. My body feels great! I look forward to the next lesson.
