   Visited the Coffee shop to meet a friend in Bath it's not far from the train station ... Had a nice few hours there ... Staff were very attentive and helpful ... I don't normally go to chain Coffee shops but l was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this one !

   A really pleasant coffee place. The young staff are always charming & the food fresh. But, I've saved the coffee till last for a reason...it is excellent & its preparation is an entertainment of artistry! Superb, on both counts!

   I was here on a Monday and witnessed a lovely member of staff having to deal with an idiot who was stood staring at the cakes then moaned no one served him. I felt compelled to defend the staff. At times it is a thankless task but being polite costs nothing. They work long hours and it’s not their choice to make everything so expensive.

   A small Costa . Service nice . Toilets are in cinema which was locked up , so there’s a walkie talkie system where someone lets you in loo . Nice seating . Wasn’t sure if dog friendly but had dog with me .

   I recently visited Costa Coffee on Southgate Street in Bath and had a fantastic experience. The Mocha and Flat White were expertly made and tasted great. We also enjoyed a delicious sourdough bread and cheese sandwich, which was freshly prepared. The service was excellent—friendly staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this Costa for its quality drinks, tasty food, and great service.

   Disgusting. I have never been in such a dirty Costa in all my life. Whilst waiting almost 20 minutes in the queue I snapped a few pics. If I hadn’t needed to stay on the important phone call I was on I’d have left.

   Ok coffee but decidedly grubby on the inside the counter.....if the staff have time to sit back and drink coffee, it would be better perhaps to clean up their mess first......Sunday 20th Nov 2022

   The only thing I knew about Costas coffee was from coronation street until I went to the UK. Tried it, loved it, Starbucks has nothing on this chain one of the best cappuccinos I have ever had...
