Wonderful customer service. Laura was so lovely. I am disabled and wanted to buy another drink but had difficulties with walking and Laura went out of her way to get me one. She is such a caring girl. Well done Boswells for choosing Laura as a member of your staff, she is a credit to you. Happy Christmas.

Nice little cafe we shop in Yate now because we live in thornbury and there is nothing there anymore and since they shut off thornbury high Street it's like a deserted town and plus you have to pay to park now which I have lived in thornbury all my life and I will not pay to park so I would rather drive to Yate go shopping and have something to eat afterwards food is great service is great and atmosphere couldn't ask for much more
Needed a sit down with a coffee and a bite to eat. It was really busy but the service was quick, very efficient and provided with smiles all round. Had a Tuna melt and a caramel latte. Both arrived quickly, hot and delicious. The organisation behind the counter is excellent.
I've walked past this place many times, and I was surprised to go in there and see how nice and pleasant it looked. The food was good, great atmosphere and the service from the staff was very nice.
Very lovely place, food si great and staff is helpful. There seems to be too many chairs and not a lot of room yo walk between them with a tray of food.

Not the cheapest place to eat but the food is good and generous portions so good value overall. Staff were very friendly & helpful and food delivered to the table. Well worth another visit.
All day breakfast is amazing, staff happy to swap items if there's something you don't want. I had mushrooms instead of baked beans. Decent mug of tea as well, all for just over a tenner.
My mum and I went to Witherspoon first in Yate. It was filthy dirty, no choice of food for gluten free except jacket potato, even less choice for vegetarians/ vegan. We walked out and went to Boswell's. Wow what a difference, spotlessly clean amazing choice of food very friendly helpful staff the young man actually cleaned our table properly for us which was just great. Fantastic place will definitely go there again and again.
