   I took a few pole dance classes here late last year, and loved it! Yana is a great teacher and really walks you through everything. The studio is small but enough space for everyone and it’s one person per pole. They were my first pole classes and it really got me into pole! Unfortunately Torus is not on class pass anymore which is what I use for my workouts/classes, but if they ever were back I would book often!

   Torus Pole Dance is an amazing pole dance school, and I am so happy I found it!! In the studio there are 5 poles in total, and this allows the teachers to carefully watch and correct each person in the class. Xenia is such a great teacher: you can really feel how passionate she is about this sport! She is encouraging, professional, and last, but not least... super fun! :D the perfect person to practice pole dance with, by having fun and progressing amazingly fast! Yana is nice and so patient; she really makes sure you understand what she explains and follow you, by making you feel both comfortable and safe. REALLY RECOMMENDED!!

   Yana has been one the most compassionate and understanding trainers I have had. She always tailors her classes to her students and their level, if needed she will show a simpler and a harder version of a pole move so everyone can feel comfortable trying. She is patient and optimistic so you feel that you can progress with time and no pressure. The other trainer I have had is Xenia who has been just as professional. She is always encouraging and friendly. She helps you learn moves you have seen and always cheers on you when you try something new. Overall, Torus pole dance is a great place to spend your time after a stressful day. It helps you grow, learn and become more confident in yourself. It teaches you to trust your instincs and enjoy the process of learning new pole moves while becoming your best pole dancer self.

   I have been to a few different pole schools in London over the past year but Torus is my favourite. I love the space, the atmosphere, the lighting etc. Yana is a great instructor and so patient with me. I find it is also the best value for money. You get a lot of time with the instructor, meaning I have found I have progressed faster. Thank you Torus!

   Torus Pole Dance is an amazing place to learn Pole practice and evolve. Yana is a great, patient and encouraging professor. I started my pole journey at torus one year ago and I do recommend this place to everyone: beginners, intermediate, advanced.. everyone! Yana always adapts to her students and you will progress very quickly. Thanks Yana for helping me step out of my comfort zone this past few months, for always pushing me to do my best.    A great place to learn Pole Dance in an intimate environment to gain confidence. Getting into the room feels like nothing else matter. Yana is an excellent teacher, patient, humble and so talented. I love the fact Yana teaches Pole as an art, she is so passionate and understands each individual as he or she is. For anyone who'd love to try or for avance level, I recommend to go to Torus Pole Dance!

   The classes are amazing!! I've feel like I'm making so much progress. The teacher is great and patient. Also, it's one person per pole so you don't have to share it. The deep stretch classes are equally good and helps a lot with developing flexibility and strength
