   Terrible experience today. Many food options not available, then 10 minutes after we ordered we were told that something we'd ordered wasn't available after all. The tap water dispenser was broken so no water available. The table was dirty and not cleaned at all. Most of the tables had not been cleared and weren't for our entire visit. Our food took 25 minutes to arrive and was incorrect when it arrived. The kids colouring area had no crayons in it, just colouring-in sheets. So we used those as table cloths, to cover the unclean table. The staff were flustered and uniforms disheveled and dirty. Not their fault at all, one of them in particular was very nice and brought us an additional meal, and was apologetic when we left, but management needs to take a look at the experience.

   Very disappointed with the service at Morrison Cafe in Bath. The staff member Shaq was rude and unprofessional. My breakfast was terrible - stale, burnt hash brown, undercooked mushrooms, and no bread. The salt container even had a dead wasp inside. When I asked for a receipt reprint, I was told to leave. I have over 10 years of kitchen experience, and this was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Avoid if you expect basic hygiene and decent service.

   I love to go to my local Morrison. I can get anything I wanted from their friendly stuff. Things are labelled very clearly. Never have a problem and staff is always friendly and happy to chat. Products are great, very reasonable price and I love the quality

   We had fish and chips and fruit bun there. The food was great. The price was cheaper and quality was great. The fish had no smell, white, soft, juicy flesh. We did not expect that quality. Peas was very delicious. Absolutely visit next time.

   Popped in for breakfast as we were staying locally. Excellent vegan breakfast fir me and a full English for my daughter. Excellent service. Lovely polite staff. Good value.would definitely recommend, plus the bonus of easy parking.

   Three stars but barely . Menu limited , no burgers . Two mini fish chips scampi chips available- 30 mins wait - two cooks on - trainee cashier Food good when arrived . Be prepared to wait - often cafe shut or just closing Probably a staffing issue - such a pity / this cafe used to be great value and quick . Pricing and quality remains good - but really 30 min wait ?

   What a shambles 3rd time now no staff , what is there has no idea , been waiting 15min for coffee , food being brought out by the woman on till , no napkins , just a mess

   We always stop here on our way to Hereford to get breakfast. Its usually lovely but today it was luke warm. Great for my son who had the porridge! Such a shame as its usually nice. Staff really friendly as always.

   Couldn’t possibly complain about the food, it’s standard cafe grub at a very reasonable price. Great. However, be prepared to wait. Mr Morrison thinks it’s funny to have just one cook and one runner holding down the whole cafe on a busy Saturday. So if your coffee takes 20 minutes to arrive, don’t take it out on the staff. It’s a management problem.

   Food took 19 minutes to come to us. When it came the chips were slightly underdone. Presentation was very poor. See pictures. The fish looked like and anaemic blob! Beans had started to coalesce and had a film on it. Burger tasted like fried chicken chucked into a bun. Slaw was ok though :)
